体面是枷锁，尊严是自由很多人把体面误当成了尊严。习惯了穿得干净、住得精致、在人前不掉价，就以为拿到了“有尊严生活”的入场券。 却不曾察觉，这种单薄的体面，往往是一副金色的枷锁。 为了维持这副枷锁：被领导羞辱时，你维持着得体的微笑；面对不公的压榨，你体面地吞下委屈；甚至在厌恶的应酬里，你依然体面地举杯相迎。 体面是给别人看的，它在乎的是“观众”的评价；尊严是给自己活的，它追求的是“自我”的裁决。 你可以用名牌去堆砌体面，用话术去编织姿态，唯独尊严，它无法伪装。当一个人为了维持表面的光鲜而不断退让底线时，那身精致的衣裳，其实就是一层精美的遮羞布。 很多人追求的体面，本质上是由于缺乏拒绝的勇气，从而产生的一种补偿性伪装。越是依赖体面，就越害怕失去外界的认可；越害怕失去，就越容易出卖内心的自由。 到最后你会发现：你不是在体面地活着，而是在体面地被束缚。 记住，尊严不是一种姿态，而是一种选择的自由。是当你穿得体面时，依然敢于大声拒绝；是当你挣得体面时，依然能够挺直脊梁。 愿你在活得体面前，先活得有尊严。因为唯有拥有尊严的那一刻，你才真正挣脱了枷锁，拥有了属于自己的自由。
